Same Day Reports 

We provide a comprehensive, same day report accompanied with colored HD images, which includes a detailed, patient specific plan of care and recommendations.

Unlimited Timeframe

Since FEES does not use radiation like other instrumental swallow assessments (i.e.; MBSS/Videofluroscopy), there is no time frame restriction. This can be helpful as often patients have more difficulty swallowing as they fatigue. This also allows us to view the swallow mechanism at its worst.

Natural Setting with Real Food

FEES is performed in your natural position and natural environment, whether that is at home at a table, an assisted living facility in a wheelchair,  or in a nursing home in the bed. This allows for a true assessment of what you experience during meals/snacks. We assess a variety of real foods/liquids without the use of barium in the comfort of your familiar and safe everyday environment, surrounded by people you know.

Free Collaboration with Medical Team

We provide free ongoing collaboration with your primary speech pathologist and your medical team in order to maintain continuity of care and provide you with the resources you and your team need to manage your dysphagia (swallow impairment).

Free Consultative Dysphagia Management Services

We are available for free, ongoing consultation for your swallowing needs for the duration of your patient's stay at the contracted facility.
